Natural cane
Dust the weave with a soft, dry brush. If it gets damp, let it air-dry away from direct heat or sun. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners and sharp objects that could catch a strand — small variations in the weave are part of its handmade character.
Vegan leather
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry straight away. Keep away from perfume, oils and long spells in direct sunlight, and avoid contact with dark denim, which can transfer colour.
Bamboo handle
Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Keep it away from water and prolonged heat to preserve the natural finish.
Storing your bag
Stuff lightly with tissue to hold its shape and keep it in its dust bag, upright, in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging it by the handle for long periods.

Not quite right? You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the bag is unused and comes back with its tags and dust bag. Anything that arrives damaged is replaced free of charge — just message us with a photo.
