Terms & Conditions
These terms are the agreement between you and Malang when you use our site or place an order. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them.
1.Who we are
Malang is a Pakistani label making cane-weave handbags, sold through malang.pk and by WhatsApp. In these terms, “Malang”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this store.
2.These terms
These terms govern your use of malang.pk and every purchase made through it, including orders placed with our team on WhatsApp. Our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges, Privacy and Cookie policies form part of these terms.
3.Eligibility & your account
You must be legally capable of entering a contract to purchase from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account details confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
4.Our bags
Our bags combine natural rattan cane, vegan leather and bamboo. Cane and bamboo are natural materials, so small variations in tone, weave and grain are normal and are not defects. Screens differ, so colours may look slightly different in person. Where a listing states a specification, such as dimensions, it prevails over photographs.
5.Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything paid, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, payment or verification checks are not satisfied, or delivery details are incomplete.
6.Pricing
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), or in your local currency where available. Prices may change, but changes never affect an order we have already confirmed. If a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
7.Payment & cash on delivery
We accept cash on delivery across Pakistan, together with the online payment methods shown at checkout. Card details are handled only by our payment providers and are never stored on our systems.
For cash-on-delivery orders, the full amount is collected at the door. We may confirm COD orders by call or WhatsApp before dispatch, and may limit COD for addresses with repeated refused deliveries.
8.Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy and shown at checkout. Please provide a complete address and an active phone number; we cannot dispatch without them.
9.Exchanges & returns
Exchanges and returns are accepted on the terms in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Bags that arrive damaged or faulty, or that are not what you ordered, are put right at no cost to you.
10.Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number.
11.Promotions & discount codes
Unless a promotion states otherwise, one discount code may be used per order; codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and apply only within their stated dates and conditions. We may withdraw a promotion at any time without affecting confirmed orders, and may cancel orders where a code has been misused.
12.Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered by email and are redeemable against products only. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash; any unused balance remains on the card. Please treat a gift card like cash.
13.Intellectual property
Everything on this site — designs, photography, text and marks — belongs to Malang or its licensors. Commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.
14.Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, scrape its content at scale, or misrepresent your identity in dealings with us.
15.Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
16.Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, weather or acts of authorities. We will keep you informed and complete your order as soon as reasonably possible.
17.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Before anything formal, please talk to us — most concerns are resolved with a single message to hello@malang.pk.
18.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published.
