Delivery and exchange details
1. You place your order. 2. We confirm it with you on WhatsApp. 3. Your bag is packed in the Malang box and handed to [Courier]. 4. You receive a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp.
Pay the courier in cash when your bag arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. [COD fee, if any: Rs X].
You can exchange within [X] days of delivery. The bag must be unused, with all tags, the dust bag and the box. [Who pays return delivery — to be confirmed].
